Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fullspec Studio LLC ("Fullspec Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), a Utah limited liability company, handles information in connection with this website and the apps and services we provide.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us. When you email us or contact us for support, we receive your email address and whatever details you choose to include.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It sets cookies and collects usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device/browser information) so we can improve the site. This data is processed by Google under its own terms; see Google's Privacy Policy. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are privacy-friendly and cookieless: they collect aggregate, anonymous usage and performance data (such as page views and load performance) to help us understand traffic and keep the site fast. They set no cookies and use no persistent identifiers, so they run on every page load and are not gated behind the cookie banner below. Vercel processes this data as our hosting provider; see "Sharing" below.
  • App data. Our apps send us limited information needed to operate them — for example, a license key when you activate a purchase, or an anonymous counter during a free trial. See "Our apps" below.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our apps

Some information reaches us from our apps rather than from this website. Each app publishes its own privacy policy describing exactly what it sends; this section covers what is common across them.

  • Licensing. When you activate a purchased license, the app sends us the license key and a one-way hash of a device identifier, so we can bind the license to your machine and enforce its device limit. We store the email address supplied at purchase, the license key, and those hashes.
  • Anonymous trial counter. While an app is running unlicensed — during a free trial, or after one expires — it contacts us at most once a day and sends three things: a one-way hash of a device identifier, the app's version, and the operating system version. That is the entire payload. It carries no name, no email address, and no content of any kind, and we do not retain the IP address. Its only purpose is to tell us how many people who try a product go on to buy it. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding whether our products are viable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). It stops entirely once the app is licensed, and each app's own policy explains how to switch it off.
  • Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and confirmation that payment succeeded; card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

Anything an app does beyond this is governed by that app's own policy. Cue's is at cuespeech.com/privacy.

How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and provide support.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure our website and services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Studio assistant conversations

If you use the Studio assistant (the chat feature on this site, sometimes called "Discuss"), we collect additional information beyond what's described above:

  • What the assistant can access. The assistant draws only on Fullspec Studio's published services and past work — it can't see anything private about you or your project. Share only what you're comfortable putting in a first email, and save anything sensitive for a call.
  • What we collect. The text of your messages and the assistant's replies, timestamps, and a conversation identifier. For rate-limiting only, we store a keyed hash of your IP address with a short time-to-live tied to the rate-limit window — we never store your raw IP address, and nothing derived from your IP is stored alongside your conversation transcript.
  • Why. To generate responses, maintain the conversation while you're using it, and improve the assistant.
  • Retention. Conversations are kept for up to 12 months and are automatically purged after that on a daily schedule.
  • Who processes this data. Anthropic (via the Vercel AI Gateway) generates responses; Vercel hosts the site and application; Supabase is our database provider. Each processes conversation data on our behalf, under their own terms.
  • Encryption. Conversation data is encrypted at rest by our managed database provider.
  • Your rights. At the start of a conversation, the assistant shows you a conversation reference and a one-time deletion/access secret — save it if you may want the conversation deleted or want to request a copy later. We store only a hash of that secret, not the secret itself. To request access to or deletion of a conversation, email hello@fullspecstudio.com with the conversation reference and secret; we use them to locate and authenticate the request without needing an account or other identifying information. If you contact us without the secret, we'll do our best to help, but we may not be able to verify or locate the conversation.
  • Analytics. Our analytics for the assistant record counts only (for example, that a chat started or a message was sent) — never the content of your messages.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our website host and email provider), and when required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.

The anonymous trial counter described above holds nothing we can trace back to a person, so there is nothing in it to look up or delete — but you can stop it from within the app.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
