Fullspec Studio is a software studio. We build and sell our own software products, and we provide client services including embedded engineering, project-based development, AI integration, and fractional technical leadership. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) between Fullspec Studio and the client, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict for that engagement.
Accounts and eligibility
If a product or service requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our products and services.
Acceptable use

- Client work ownership. Ownership of work product created for a client under a services engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement. Absent such an agreement, Fullspec Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how, while deliverables built specifically for the client transfer to the client upon full payment.
Third-party services
Our website and products may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services (for example, analytics, hosting, or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Fees and payment
