Software across the whole spectrum.
We design and build the infrastructure, interfaces, and intelligent systems behind working AI-native products.
Full-spectrum engineering
Where a model earns its place — agents, retrieval, and evaluation, not a chatbot bolted on.

JobMap
A private, cross-platform app that turns a job search into a pipeline — companies, contacts, interviews, and offers in one place, with an AI resume builder that tailors to each posting on your own API key.

- 01Understand the system
- 02Isolate the constraint
- 03Build the smallest thing that helps
- 04Prove it moved the number
- 05Then find the next one
We build the smallest system that solves the problem — and reach for AI only when it's the right tool, not the fashionable one.

Principal engineering without the agency relay race.
Fullspec Studio is led by Brandon Johnson — a principal engineer with roughly 19 years building distributed systems in regulated environments, payments infrastructure, and developer platforms at companies like Moov Financial and Cricut.
At different points across those years he's been the specialist on each band of the spectrum — infrastructure, data, backend, frontend, in turn — going deep on one part of the stack at a time. The full-spectrum range is real depth earned in each layer, not breadth spread thin.
He does the work himself; when a project needs a dedicated specialist, he brings in a trusted collaborator rather than a bench of juniors. The studio stays small on purpose — so the person who scopes your project is the one who ships it.

The AI assistant on our own site: a deterministic scoping script, hard spend caps, layered rate limits, deletable transcripts, and a red-team suite that gates every release.
