Pipeline Meridian

A B2B outbound offshoot of the studio, run on our own stack: a Claude assistant handles intake and books meetings on the site, behind hardened, deliverability-first sending infrastructure. Method over vanity metrics.

Pipeline Meridian's brand mark as an editorial key visual: a fine petrol-teal wireframe meridian globe on a deep petrol field, crossed by a single stepped copper route that rises left to right through two open waypoint nodes and terminates in one glowing copper endpoint — signal to a single booked meeting, not a lead list.

What it is

Pipeline Meridian is a signal-driven B2B outbound offshoot of Fullspec Studio — targeting, enrichment, and managed outreach for MSPs and B2B SaaS teams — built and run on our own stack. It's also where we run our own methods on ourselves: the whole intake-and-booking motion is handled by a custom AI assistant on the site.

The problem

Most outbound agencies sell a lead list and hand the client the risk. And most outbound tooling optimizes for a vanity metric — open tracking — at the cost of the one thing that actually matters: whether the email lands. Our thesis: sell the meeting, not the list, and treat deliverability discipline as the product.

What we built

  • The full pipeline. ICP search → contact enrichment and verification → a CRM system of record → managed email sequencing, wired together and proven end to end.
  • Deliverability-first infrastructure. The brand domain never sends cold mail; three separate sending domains each carry full SPF/DKIM/DMARC and warmed mailboxes, so a deliverability incident can never touch the brand site.

Restraint as the product — open tracking off, verified-only, domains separated

  • A production AI assistant. A Claude assistant on the site handles intake, answers from a real knowledge base, and books an intro call directly against a live calendar — with tools for availability, booking, and a sample-request write to the CRM.
  • Hardened like we mean it. Turnstile gating and HMAC-signed, session-bound turns to stop forged histories; a 28-probe red-team pass (pricing pressure, jailbreaks, prompt disclosure) held on every probe; booking guarded so the bot can't book a third party; and a daily cron that purges old transcripts per the privacy policy.

A lead list is not pipeline — so we sell the meeting instead
